Structured Trade & Treasury Support
Our Approach
Kingdom Investment Exchange Holding may, from time to time, enter into commercial transactions where bank-issued trade instruments, such as performance guarantees or documentary letters of credit, are used in support of underlying trade, procurement, or project delivery activities.
We transact on a principal basis and engage only with qualified counterparties and regulated financial institutions. The firm works directly with principals, institutional counterparties, asset owners, and authorised representatives acting under written mandate.
Transactions are reviewed based on counterparty credibility, instrument verification, and intended commercial purpose, and remain subject to internal evaluation, compliance review, and formal written agreements.
The Company does not act as a securities broker, fund manager, or regulated investment adviser. We do not act as an intermediary for the general public and do not provide investment advice.
Engagement Principles
Verification of authenticity, ownership, and validity of relevant instruments through appropriate banking or verification channels
Clear commercial purpose supported by documented underlying transactions
Internal compliance screening, including Know-Your-Client (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and sanctions checks, together with legal review where applicable
Execution subject to formal written agreements prior to commencement of any transaction
