Kingdom Investment Exchange Holding engages in energy and natural resource transactions on a principal basis as part of its broader real asset and industrial activities.

The firm participates in the purchase, sale, and supply of physical commodities, including crude oil, refined petroleum products, and strategic resources, through established industry channels and recognised market participants.

Transactions are assessed based on commercial viability, counterparty strength, verified product availability, logistical feasibility, applicable regulatory considerations, and sanctions and AML screening requirements. Engagements are undertaken selectively and only following internal review and preliminary qualification.

Detailed transaction parameters are shared with qualified counterparties after mutual review and confirmation of documentation readiness.
