Ms. Graine (Lan Tran)
Chairwoman
As Chairwoman of the Board of KIEH, Ms. Graine provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, strengthening the firm’s regulatory foundation and supporting the company participating in sophisticated, high-value transactions.
Ms. Graine is a qualified Attorney-at-Law and member of the Hanoi Bar and Vietnam Bar Federation with over two decades of experience in cross-border investments, corporate advisory, regulatory strategy, and transaction governance across Vietnam and the broader ASEAN region.
She currently serves as Partner Lawyer in Law Firms in Viet Nam, advising corporations, foreign investors, and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, corporate structuring, due diligence, and complex investment frameworks across sectors including energy, commercial real estate, banking, telecommunications, and sustainable development.
Earlier in her career, Graine held senior leadership roles including Vice President at consultancy corporate in Hong Kong with affiliates in Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, China where she supported financial arrangements, investment projects, and regional partnerships throughout Asia.
She is one member of pioneer team bringing the START UP Model into Vietnam supporting Vietnam MOST to become the leading Ministry in Start Up Technology Innovation, advising on governance structures and investor engagement from venture capital networks covering Singapore, Korea and United States of America.
With 12 years working for IBM Vietnam & Indochina where her skills were achieved from sales, business control, services centre management, legal environment between Vietnam and ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Singapore…
Mr Bill Ta
Chief Investment Officer
Mr Bill Ta is a finance and investment professional with over 18 years of experience across financial services, energy, mining, and commodities. He brings deep expertise in capital strategy, investment evaluation, and cross-border transactions.
He has been actively involved in the investment sector with a strong focus on gold and precious metals trading, and maintains extensive relationships with established investment houses and financial partners across Asia and the Middle East.
Bill has also participated in oil and gas development opportunities and has supported initiatives within emerging and alternative energy. He was a co-founder of Environment-Dioxin Research Pty Ltd, an environmental research enterprise later acquired by Wealth Riches Company Limited Group — reflecting early strategic engagement in sustainability-focused ventures.
As Group Chief Investment Officer, Bill oversees the firm’s financial strategy, capital planning, and funding structures, reinforcing governance while supporting the execution of complex, high-value transactions.
Mr. Lal Muhamad
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lal is a distinguished Accounting Manager with a proven track record in leading financial operations and strategic management. He is highly experienced in ERP implementation and optimization, with strong expertise in optimizing financial frameworks, and providing executive-level advisory. His experience in interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights to executive leadership strengthened his skills in advanced financial analysis, executive financial advisory, and organizational growth.
He led the accounting department by enhancing financial frameworks and controls that ensured accurate reporting and informed strategic decisions. By directing collaboration among Cash Operations, Treasury, and Tax teams, he further developed strong stakeholder communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, while his leadership in managing critical financial operations in demanding environments enhanced his ability to make effective high-pressure decisions. In addition, he managed end-to-end financial closing processes, ensuring compliance and the timely delivery of financial statements.
Being the Chief Financial Officer, he would play a critical role in shaping financial strategies, enhancing governance and compliance standards, driving business transformation initiatives, and supporting executive decision-making through insightful financial analysis. Through his leadership, analytical expertise, and strong communication skills, he would contribute to strengthening organizational performance, improving profitability, and supporting sustainable business expansion.
Mr Louis Tay
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Louis Tay is an engineering, urban, and development strategist with over four decades of international experience in infrastructure development, urban planning, and large-scale project advisory across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
A registered Professional Structural Engineer in Singapore, he began his career with the Housing & Development Board (HDB), where he played a pioneering role in advancing prefabrication technologies for Singapore’s public housing programme. His contributions earned him the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) from the Singapore Government and the Derrington Award from the Institution of Structural Engineers, United Kingdom.
He joined Surbana Jurong (SJ) in 2003, where for 14 years he helmed its international business expansion, bringing Singapore’s urbanisation strategies to countries in the Middle East and Africa. While at SJ, he was involved in the development and implementation of ICT-based estates maintenance management solutions, which have now been institutionalised nationwide to improve the quality of life of more than 1 million public housing apartment owners in Singapore.
Throughout his career, Er. Tay has worked closely with governments, multilateral institutions including the UNDP and World Bank, and private sector partners on national development strategies, sustainable urbanisation, and major infrastructure initiatives across emerging markets, including projects spanning more than 17 countries in Africa.
As Chief Operating Officer of Kingdom Investment Exchange Holding, he leads the firm’s strategic direction, focusing on the originating, financing, and structuring of large-scale infrastructure and development opportunities, and strengthening global partnerships across complex cross-border projects.
Ms Maya (Anh Vu)
Board Secretary
With a background in Marketing and a strong interest in corporate governance and organizational development, Maya brings a dynamic and detail-oriented approach to Board operations.
Her experience in communication further supports the Board in its administrative, and stakeholder management. In addition, she has experience in website administration and digital platform management, contributing to the effective coordination of information. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in digital communications help ensure the efficient operation of Board activities.
Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, Maya is committed to expanding her knowledge of strategic business practices. Through a proactive mindset and dedication to excellence, she contributes to fostering transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making within the organization.
As Board Secretary, Maya is responsible for coordinating Board meetings, maintaining corporate records, facilitating communication between directors and management, and supporting the implementation of operational procedures.
